Internship – 12 months at Medical Laboratory Science Program at Owensboro Health
Note: The internship is competitive and completing the courses for the medical technology program does not guarantee acceptance into the internship program. If the student is accepted for and completes the program, he/she graduates with a B.S. degree from Brescia University. It is the responsibility of the student to apply for this program. If the student does not get accepted into the internship, student would most likely adopt a second major in Biology and thus in year four would need to take: Ecology and Evolution, 生物多样性, 物理I和II, 2 upper-level biology courses (including genetics) and Biology Seminar. 因此, 这是推荐的, to complete this alternative degree on time that the student takes Calculus I prior to senior year so one can enroll in Physics.
